An accounting practice built on direct access
Most firms treat the relationship as a transaction: file the return, send the bill, disappear until next year. Gemini was built to be the one that stays with your file.
Our story
Why the firm exists
Gemini Accounting Services LLC was founded on a plain observation: too many accounting firms treat the client relationship as a one-time transaction. They file the return, send the bill, and go quiet until next year. Questions go unanswered. Calls go to voicemail. The CPA who prepared the return is never the person who picks up the phone.
Saad Chaudhri, CPA started Gemini to operate differently. Every client file stays with Saad. When you call, you speak with the CPA who knows your situation. When you email, you get a direct reply rather than a ticket number. And when filing season ends, the relationship does not.
The name reflects the idea of partnership: two sides working together. An accountant should be a counterpart who sits on your side of the table, not a vendor you hear from once a year. That is the relationship the firm set out to build, and it is the one every engagement is still measured against.
Today the firm serves business owners, executors, trustees and individuals across Delaware County and beyond, covering tax planning and preparation, estate and trust accounting, bookkeeping and virtual CFO work.
What we deliberately do not do
We do not take on volume work that would break the model. If every file has to stay with the lead CPA, there is a ceiling on how many files there can be, and we would rather hold that line than become the kind of firm clients left to come here.
We also do not give outcome guarantees. No accountant can promise a refund, a number, or an audit that goes your way, and any firm that does is telling you something about how it works. What we will commit to is a scope, a price and a date, agreed before we start.
What drives us
Three commitments behind every engagement
These are not slogans. They are the three things clients tell us were missing at their last firm.
Direct access
You reach the CPA working on your file. No call centers, no ticket numbers, no waiting to hear back from someone who then has to ask someone else.
Transparency
Clear scope and a clear price before work starts, and a plain-language explanation of what your numbers mean before you have to ask for one.
Year-round commitment
The relationship does not end when the return goes out. We stay on your file so you can plan ahead rather than only look back.
Who handles your file
Saad Chaudhri, and a bench of specialists
When you call Gemini, you reach Saad. He does the work and stays on your file. For engagements that need it he brings in specialists with expertise most local firms do not carry in-house.
Saad Chaudhri, CPA
Owner & Lead CPA
Saad founded Gemini Accounting Services and remains the lead CPA on every file. He directs the tax planning and year-round advisory work, and stays available long after the filing deadline. Most clients come to Gemini after working with a firm that treated the relationship as a transaction. Saad treats it as a partnership.
Kelly Tran
Senior Accountant
Kelly makes sure the work is accurate, compliant and delivered on time. She focuses on tax compliance, financial reporting, and the ongoing consultation that surfaces problems before they compound. She holds an MBA in financial valuation from Lynn University.
Abhay Gandhi, CPA
Manager · International Tax
Abhay spent his career at a national advisory firm advising large enterprises on cross-border tax. At Gemini he leads international tax engagements and strategic planning for owners with business activity in more than one country.
Faisal Riaz
Data & Analytics Advisory
Faisal brings over two decades of experience converting financial and operational data into decisions that hold up. He handles forecasting, performance measurement, and the analytics behind the planning.
How we work
What an engagement actually looks like
1. A conversation, not a pitch
You describe the situation. We ask enough questions to understand the shape of it and tell you which filings or services actually apply. If what you need is simpler than you feared, we say so. If it is something we should not be handling, we say that too. There is no charge for this.
2. Scope and price, in writing, before anything starts
You get the scope, the fee and the timeline before work begins, not an hourly rate and a hope. If the scope changes because the situation turns out to be more complex than it looked, we tell you before doing the extra work, not on the invoice afterwards.
3. The work, done by the person you spoke to
Saad prepares or reviews every file. Where an engagement needs international tax, multi-entity reporting or analytics depth, a specialist works alongside him, but the lead does not change hands and you do not repeat your history to someone new.
4. The part most firms skip
When the return is filed, we tell you what it says about your position and what is worth doing before the next one. Then we stay reachable. A question in August gets an answer in August.

Based in Media, backed by a team across the U.S.
The office is on North Olive Street in Media, a few minutes from the Delaware County Courthouse. Many clients work with us remotely, but you are always welcome to come in for a review or a planning session.
Enough hands to take on the larger engagements, close enough to pick up the phone. That combination is deliberate, and it is the reason the specialist work stays in-house rather than being referred out to someone you have never met.
